FEAST Global was honored to participate in the 2025 New Hampshire Maple Producers Association (NHMPA) Annual Conference, held in Concord, NH. This year’s event marked a historic milestone—with the largest turnout since NHMPA’s founding in 1943—highlighting a surge of energy and enthusiasm in the state’s maple industry.
During the conference, FEAST Global founders Andy and Marianna Chapman shared results from NHMPA’s 2022 ACER Access and Development Program grant. A cornerstone of this progress was the adoption of a Global Marketing Strategy developed by FEAST Global, paired with participation in USDA-endorsed international trade activities—both guided by the FEAST Global team.
These efforts united the industry around a shared vision and generated 18 serious buyer leads across 10 countries—opportunities projected to yield hundreds of thousands of dollars in new export purchases. This strong foundation is helping elevate New Hampshire maple syrup on the global stage.
Looking ahead, the Chapmans also outlined upcoming 2025 grant initiatives and stressed the importance of a thoughtful global pricing strategy that positions New Hampshire maple syrup as a premium product. Their core message: long-term export success requires strategic planning, disciplined execution, and finding the right-fit buyers.
The conference’s keynote speaker, Gary Black, Senior Advisor at FEAST Global and Founder of On Point Strategies, offered a compelling vision for market growth. The former Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture encouraged producers to focus on fundamentals:
“When you understand the fundamentals, a lot of good things begin to happen,” Black said. “To execute them, you need trust, a plan, and a dream.”
New Hampshire’s leadership has not gone unnoticed. Country Folks recently highlighted NHMPA’s expansion to over 350 members in 2024, making it one of the largest maple associations worldwide. The article featured insights from FEAST Global COO Marianna Chapman, who advised producers to be intentional in export decisions:
“Not all buyers are your buyers,” she said. “What they really want is for you to love your product.”
Meanwhile, Let’s Move to New Hampshire noted that the state ranks as the most expensive maple syrup produced in the U.S., averaging $52.20 per gallon in 2022. This underscores the critical need for global marketing strategies that defend premium pricing and support brand identity in international markets.
At FEAST Global, we remain committed to helping New Hampshire’s maple producers grow with purpose—connecting them with qualified international buyers, supporting strategic planning, and unlocking new global opportunities.
